Returns

We want you to love your HushStrap — but if it's not right for you, we've made returns simple.

  • 30-day returns from the date of delivery
  • Item can be used, but must be returned undamaged
  • To start a return, get in touch via our Contact page
  • We'll issue you a Returns ID and send you a prepaid returns label

Refunds

  • We cover refunds for any damages or delivery failures
  • Once your return has been accepted and the tracking shows it's arrived back at our warehouse, we'll process it within 24 hours
  • Provided the item is undamaged, your refund will be issued straight away
